May 18, 2020

Starting every Saturday, Oprah Winfrey will be hosting 90-minute wellness experiences on Zoom at 11 a.m. ESTย  until June 6, to get your mind in order.

Oprah’s Your Life in Focus: A Vision Forward will be a live virtual experience that will be a free and interactive four-week event acting as an extension of her wellness tour with Weight Watchers Reimagined. All potential viewers can register for this month-long event by registering online. Oprah’s virtual wellness experiences can also be watched on a live stream from her Facebook channel as well as Weight Watchers Facebook page and YouTube channels.

Earlier this year, Oprah’s 2020 vision: Your Life in Focus tour began and she had spent nine weeks traveling across the country talking to people about remaining focus and being well.

During her travels, Oprah had one-on-one conversations with special guests such asย  Michelle Obama, Tracee Ellis Ross, Dwayne Johnson, and Lady Gaga. But once the pandemic hit, she decided to share the life lessons and advice from her nine-week journey with everyone else virtually to help others reset, refocus, and find clarity.

During the four weeks of Oprah’s Your Life in Focus: A Vision Forward virtual experiences will have a different theme every week: Focus, Connect, Adapt, and Commit. So not only will viewers see her discussions with multiple celebrity guests from earlier on in her tour, she will be discussing topics like self-care during the pandemic, strengthening relationships while social distancing, and committing to a healthier lifestyle and more.

Oprah will also begin sharing some of her own personal lessons in wellness and guide her audiences through interactive workbook exercise.
