Megan Thee Stallion’s ‘Body’ Dance Challenge Is A Vibe: “I love my body. Every curve, every inch, every mark, every dimple”

Last week, Megan Thee Stallion released her latest album Good News and with that good news came a new challenge. The Body challenge was inspired by Megan Thee Stallion newest single. It’s our latest feel good, ‘love the skin, shape, and booty you’re in’ anthem.  Not to mention, a good workout!

Meg performed the dance live for the first time during the 2020 American Music Awards on Monday night (Nov. 23).

“I love my body. Every curve, every inch, every mark, every dimple,” she says during her acceptance speech for AMA’s favorite song. “You may not think my body is perfect, and it probably never will be. But when I look in the mirror, I love what I see.

The dance involves thighs, hips, more thighs and let’s not forget your ‘Stallion’ knees.  And if you’re not singing “Body-ody-ody-ody-ody-ody-ody-ody-dy-ody-ody-ody-ody-ody-ody,” while you’re doing it, then you’re not doing it right!

The challenge has gone viral on TikTok and Instagram.

Here are a few of our favorite renditions, starting with the original video:
