How did your love of fitness bring you to acting?

My love for acting and singing has been with me since I was 5 years old. Honestly, I would say that I have always been destined to be in the arts in some capacity. In regard to fitness, I’ve always been very active from a young age playing soccer, basketball, hockey, track & field, etc. So, fitness didn’t bring me to acting, I would say I’m an actor who loves to be fit.

What advice would you give to your 22-year-old self? Your 30-year-old self?

Go down the path of self-discovery, so that you can be in your truth. That path is not always comfortable, but it will be the most rewarding.
