“R.I.P. PnB Rock,” tweeted Justin Tinsley. “No matter how many times the headline repeats itself with a different name, it’s always a sickening feeling. His two little girls lives are fractured forever. And for what? It’s nothing honorable in robbing children of their innocence all in the name of a lick.”
Other tributes included Quavo, Meek Mill, and New Jersey governor Phil Murphy who called him ‘a star in the industry.’
Talked about being a target
Days before his death, PnB Rock did an interview with YouTuber DJ Akademiks and shared an eerie story about how he, his girlfriend, and his daughter were followed by criminals in the city.
