Applications are now open for Walt Disney World’s annual mentorship and career development program is now open. The Disney Dreamers Academy is a transformational mentorship program hosted each year at Walt Disney World Resort.

Each year 100 high school students from across the country are chosen to participate in the four-day professional development event and an all-expense paid trip to Walt Disney World. Selected students are grouped into their desired career interests and work with respective mentors in that specific field. Workshops offered include career paths within business, communication, entertainment, science, and culinary as well as opportunities within the Disney company.

Celebrity speakers known as DREAMbassadors are selected each year to empower and inspire the students. Previous speakers have included Dara Renee, Marsai Martin, and Kelly Rowland.

To apply, applicants must be between the ages of 13-19 and enrolled in high school. Applications for the 2025 Disney Dreamers Academy close on Oct. 31. To learn more and apply to the Disney Dreamers Academy click here.
