It’s been 11 years but Joan, Maya, Lynn and Antoinette are finally getting back together!
Tracee Ellis Ross, Golden Brooks, Persia White, and Jill Marie Jones will be reuniting on an upcoming episode of the ABC comedy series, ‘Black-ish’.
Ross broke the news and the internet on her Instagram and Twitter Thursday ( Sept. 12) when she posted a video of herself and the original, dynamic cast.

Ross told Entertainment Weekly their reunion is perfect timing.
“Being able to merge the worlds of Black-ish and Girlfriends was surreal for me — and so much fun,” Ross, 46, says. “These are women I grew up with and love deeply and it was easy to tap back into the magic of our chemistry and how much we love each other. It was giggles on top of giggles on top of giggles.”
Girlfriends aired from 2000-2008 on UPN, which is now The CW. Created by Mara Brock Akil, the series followed the likes of four black women as they juggled the ins and outs of adulting. Season 6 of Black-ish premieres Sept. 24th at 9:30 p.m. est on ABC.
