Royal Women Celebrated At 2019 Tampa Bay GIRLS Rock Awards Show

It was a Saturday evening full of glitz, glam, hors d’oeuvres and celebration. Nine Tampa Bay women were recognized for their endeavors at the 8th Annual Tampa Bay Girls Rock Award Show.

Categories included business, education, civic, health and wellness and government. The event was started by Mrs. Michon Shaw in 2011 as a way to showcase the philanthropy and brilliance of African-American women in Tampa Bay.
