OWN is bringing is audience good vibes on Saturday nights at 10 p.m. ET with “Girlfriends Check-In,” an all-female non-scripted virtual reality show that is packed with celebrity friends coming together for a warm and light-hearted conversation focusing on love, friendship and wellness; and spill the tea on past and present relationships.

Every Saturday, a new four set of lovely celebrity ladies are shown catching up, exchanging care packages, enjoying each other’s company, spilling secrets, playing games, and more. Real conversations are shared between such wonderful actresses and singers, like musical gospel legends: Tamela Mann, Yolanda Adams, Erica Campbell; actresses: Kym Whitley, Tika Sumpter Kim Fields, “The Real” hostess Loni Love and even more fabulous women.

Each episode is different as each group of celebrity women brings something different to every “Girlfriend Check-In” bringing laughs, love, recipes, future plans, and sharing anecdotes and videos of family moments. The atmosphere of this virtual reality show is friendly and inviting drawing in the audience and making them feel like they are a part of the group as if you were just hanging and chatting with your own girls on a Saturday night.
