Keke “Keep A Job” Palmer is doing exactly what she’s known for- keeping a job. On Tuesday, the KeyTV founder expanded her business profile into the beauty industry, announcing her role as Creme of Nature’s first ever chief brand officer.
Through her new role, Palmer will be telling the stories of the Black-owned , Chicago- based company as their on-camera model and spokesperson. She would also consult with the company’s team on products, share demos and be featured on Creme of Nature’s social and digital media campaigns, in-store displays, and national advertising.
“What really stood out to me about Creme of Nature is their commitment to celebrating Black beauty. From the start, they’ve been crafting effective, high-quality products that really cater to our unique hair textures and needs,” says Palmer, 31. “This partnership means so much more than just being an ambassador or face of the brand, but more importantly, I get to have a voice in shaping the future of a company that truly cares about the same things I do – authenticity, representation, and natural beauty. I am equally passionate about ensuring that we continue to create products that resonate with our community and celebrate the diversity of textured hair.”
Chandra Coleman, the company’s head of marketing, said in a press release that Palmer, who is a Chicago native, brings a geniune and relatable perspective she believes will help them better reasonate with their audience.
