It’s always refreshing to experience a Royal Woman, like Sharelle Rosado, the founder, and CEO of real estate brokerage firm Allure Realty and star of the hit Netflix show Selling Tampa.

The on-the-go mom of four recently sat down with RoyalTee Magazine publisher and founder Alexia McKay for an exclusive interview to dish on her life, including

Dressed in a fitted beige sweater dress (her post-baby snapback is FIERCE) inside of her swanky office in Tampa’s historic Ybor City neighborhood, Sharelle is confident and relaxed talking about her many roles as well as sharing her fun side.

“I like old school, and I like my hood music, and I like my gospel,” she reveals.

A passion for family and real estate led her to obtain her brokerage license after returning from a nearly 13-year military career. A former paratrooper, Sharelle is used to jumping off planes but these days her jumps are more strategic and involve contracts.   She launched Allure Realty in 2019 and in the three years since has built a luxury real estate empire that extends from Tampa to Miami, and soon will include Charlotte, N.C.

The firm’s success put Allure and Black women handling million-dollar housing deals on the map and sealed the Netflix deal.

And she’s not done.  Recently, Sharelle launched Allure Academy, an e-course for real estate professionals looking to level up.

The firm and the fame, however, are not her greatest accomplishments. That honor belongs to her heartbeats, Ariana, 15, Marcus, 13, Denim, 5, and baby Serenity, whom she welcomed in January with her fiancé, Chad ‘Ochocinco’ Johnson.

Check out a behind-the-scenes look at our spring shoot:

Sharelle is adamant that she is on a  mission to leave a legacy. She teaches her kids to keep God first, remain humble, and be respectful.

Sharelle is a Royal Woman who listens to her own voice and protects her peace, just as fiercely as her children. Because that peace was a bitch to get it. And now that she has it, it’s now a non-negotiable to keep it(Raise your hand if even half of that statement resonates with you).

In the spirit of Minority Health Month, Sharelle shares some personal moments with us, from her motivations to seek therapy to learning how to be secure in her own identity. All have played a part in transforming her into the Royal Woman we can appreciate now.

“What makes me a Royal Woman,” she says, “is first I’m a boss and I love to see other people win, not just myself. And I help anybody who wants to be helped get to that next level.”
