Rihanna is pregnant!
This is news that trumps the anticipation of a new album. The Savage Fenty mogul debuted her baby bump with beau, A$AP Rocky over the weekend. The images show the couple strolling in Harlem. Rihanna wore a pink, oversized coat and body jewelry draped her growing belly. They were captured by photographer, Miles Diggs, who also shared a closeup of the future baby Fenty on his Instagram page.
Rihanna, 33, and A$AP, 33, confirmed their relationship back in November 2020 as reported by PEOPLE. But a source shared the two were close friends for years. It’s a ‘solid foundation’ that eventually blossomed into a romance. That same year, the Fenty Beauty boss expressed her desire to start a family in the next ten years, whether someone was in the picture or not. Before A$AP, she was dating billionaire Hassan Jameel. The two broke up after three years in January 2020.
“I’ll have kids — three or four of ’em,” she told British Vogue in a March 2020 cover story. “… I feel like society makes me want to feel like, ‘Oh, you got it wrong…’ They diminish you as a mother if there’s not a dad in your kids’ lives. But the only thing that matters is happiness, that’s the only healthy relationship between a parent and a child. That’s the only thing that can raise a child truly, is love.”
Fortunately for Riri, she will not be sharing this journey alone. A$AP expressed his desire for children to British Vogue in 2016, four years prior to her feature. But timing is everything. “I want children, I just didn’t impregnate anybody yet,” the 33-year-old said at the time. “But I definitely want a daughter because she is going to be the flyest, jiggiest young lady on this planet.”

Needless to say, the mother of his child definitely has the swag he wants.
Speaking of swag, there’s high demand for Rihanna to drop a maternity line. On Monday, fans started sharing their wish for the Barbadian queen to drop a line for the savage expecting mommies out there.
“Rihanna really could’ve (should’ve) used this opportunity to incorporate maternity wear into her lingerie line,” one fan tweeted.
Another wrote, “If Rihanna release a Fenty maternity line imma have to give Nala a sibling.”
