When people say the sky is the limit, Angel Neal takes it literally to her heart.
The celebrity stylist and designer was selected among thousands to join the 2026 Fashion by Informa Designer Incubator Program, the nation’s largest fashion trade show.
The IMFC Incubator Program is dedicated to spotlighting Black-owned brands and designers of color.
This opportunity allows her to present her brand on a global stage in front of the biggest names in fashion retail.
“When I received the news, I was overwhelmed with gratitude. This moment represents years of vision, faith, and perseverance,” says Neal. “Being selected for MAGIC Las Vegas through the Informa Incubator Program allows ANiCE’ by Angel to step onto a global stage, exactly where I’ve always dreamed it would be. It’s also an opportunity to amplify my Black-owned brand to new retailers and buyers and to show what’s possible when creativity meets purpose.”

Neal will be showcasing her brand Anice By Angel, a luxury handbag line. She is also the creative director and CEO of the fast-growing fashion and beauty platform Disrupshion Magazine and an occasional stylist for RoyalTee.
Last year, the Tampa native and Florida A&M University graduate went on faith and moved from Tampa to Brooklyn, New York to build onto her career in the fashion industry. Most recently, she worked as a brand manager for celebrity designer Romeo Hunte.
Her overall work portfolio includes styling projects with Stevie Wonder, Mary J. Blige Rihanna, Rotimi, Kyla Pratt, Dasha Polanco, Kanye West, Shaggy, Sting, Duke Riley, Kordell Beckham, Brett Gray, Ebony Obsidian and Antonique Smith. She’s also worked with R&B stars Usher and Ne-Yo
“I truly believe my work prepared me for this moment. I’ve spent years studying the craft, refining my eye, and prioritizing quality over quantity, ” she says reflecting on her work. “While I’ve had the opportunity to work with celebrities, my philosophy has always been that everyone deserves to feel like a celebrity in their own right. The journey hasn’t been easy there have been countless no’s but I’ve always believed in betting on myself. That resilience, paired with intention and consistency, is what brought me here.”
Although networking is always on the forefront, the ultimate goal when she gets to Vegas is to be noticed by a major retailer in hopes of being picked up and able to sell in their store.
“Grateful, proud, and ready,” says Neal when asked how she would feel if her brand were picked up. “It would be a powerful step forward in scaling the brand while staying true to our identity. In addition it would affirm the years of work, intention, and belief poured into the brand and open the door to reach a much wider audience without compromising my vision.”
The Informa Designer Incubator takes place at MAGIC Las Vegas from Feb. 17-19.
Right now, Neal is raising funds to make the trip. Donations will go towards her travel and the Anice By Angel brand.
