This Friday, ‘Grown-ish’ star Yara Shahidi posted a one-minute video of her and her mother, Keri Shahidi doing a mix between and a juke, Harlem shake and Alpha stroll. Yes wacky dancing no doubt, but all in good fun. The duo made the video to celebrate Yara’s brother, Sayeed, finishing his midterms.
Keri also posted the video on her Instagram account with the hashtag #celebratelittlethings. And at the end of the day, that’s all that really matters to family. Keri and Yara are two peas in a pod. The duo are always seen having fun and Keri has been an encouraging, supportive and loving force beside her daughter. All qualities of a great mother!
