In a video shared by her dad Instagram, Londyn is doing sit-ups with an exercise ball. When he asks her what is she working out her, she tells him to get stronger and go to the Olympics.
And Londyn adds that she can do it if she works hard and working hard she is!

“When you became 5 years-old, I asked you what do you want to be when you grow up and you told ‘ I want to go to the Olympics daddy’,” he captions on his Instagram. “I said ok. Daddy will support whatever it is you want to do. ”
He tells his daughter she’s going to have to work hard, which means no eating ice cream, candy, burgers or any other junk food her friends might have.
Londyn’s workouts include 10 minute rides on a bike to warm-up, squats, weights and sit-ups. Her workout videos online have been viewed over 50,000 times. Her 6-pack are ab goals for grown women. “Not only do I want my body to be in shape, I want my mind to be in shape,” she says in one of her videos.
She told her dad she wanted to be like Gabrielle ‘Gabby’ Douglas and better than Simone Biles. Both women went to the Olympics and made history.
