Many people have been affected by the shutdowns caused by COVID 19. Families are quarantined together; grocery stores are emptied; students are pulled out of school and millions are unemployed. But what about small businesses? Not the essential business that we keep open for basic survival.
But the businesses that give us life. A reason to get up and go out. Have fun. An excuse to get a little tipsy and try something new. You know, businesses like FootPool Atl, a rental snookball business in Atlanta
The owner, Antonio Crowley started FootPool after seeing the need for the one-of-its-kind venue. Snookball is a combination of billiards and soccer that’s played on a 10×8 ft table on the ground. The objective is to play it like pool.

But since snookball isn’t an essential business, Crowley was forced to close its doors. And although his business does not necessarily align with what the government would consider social distancing, Crowley considers snookball a social distancing game. he has a plan to prove this by posting videos of how fun and COVID 19 friendly this game can be.
Regardless of the slight delay this pandemic has caused, Crowley has his gaze sight high. As his business continues to grow, Crowley has plans to expand his audience to reach college groups who happen to be just perfect. College students love the amazing combination of games and drinks.

Right now Crowley is working a one-man crew to bring this experience to the Atlanta community. He isn’t going to let the coronavirus cancel his plans for summer 2020.
