It’s been a few heavy weeks but what better way to ease the tension than with a few holiday movies! The holiday season is underway and we have a list of a few Christmas movies you need to put on your list between The Temptations “Silent Night” and Mariah Carey playing on repeat.

1. Meet Me Next Christmas

Christina Milian, Kofi Siriboe, and Devale Ellis star in this romantic holiday comedy. Milian’s character, Layla, is a hopeless romantic who hopes to find her Prince Charming at a sold-out Christmas Eve concert with the help of a concierge (Ellis). It turns out that her beau was right beside her the whole time. Watch Meet Me Next Christmas on Netflix.

2. Style Me for Christmas

Starring R&B singer Mario and Raven Goodwin, the holiday romance follows a stylist (Goodwin) struggling to save her mother’s boutique who gets assigned to style a handsome singer (Mario), who also happens to be a playboy. Facing pressure from his audience to mature, the two fake a romantic relationship. But lines start to blur and pretend feelings become real ones. Naturi Naughton Lewis is one of the executive producers. Watch Style Me For Christmas on BET+ starting Nov. 14.

3. Brewster’s Millions: Christmas

Romeo Miller, China Anne McClain, Rain Pryor and Richard Pryor Jr. star in this romantic holiday movie about a wealthy heiress who has lost her way and faces the challenge of inheriting her uncle’s grandfather’s fortune. In the midst of it, she must learn the true meaning of love, faith, and family by giving instead of receiving, all while navigating the charming chaos, and the true meaning of the holiday season. Brewster’s Millions: Christmas premieres on BET+ on Dec. 5.

4. Scouting for Christmas

Tamera Mowry-Housley plays a divorced, busy realtor and devoted mother to her 10-year-old daughter. When her daughter gets the owner of her favorite bakery to cater her scout troop’s posh annual holiday event, she asks her mother to work with him on pitching the idea to the moms in charge. But is her daughter trying to play cupid? Scouting for Christmas premieres on the Hallmark Channel on Nov. 20.

5. A Christmas Miracle

Starring Blue Kimble, Noree Victoria, Victoria Rowell, and Aaron D. Spears, the movie tells the heartfelt story of a community center’s Christmas Jubilee that is on the verge of losing its funding. To save the center, a family must come together and in the midst of it, bring holiday cheer to the entire community, especially the children. Watch A Christmas Miracle on BET+.

6. A Wesley South African Christmas

 Starring Jasmine Guy, Dorien Wilson, Terrence “TC” Carson, Novi Brown, Terayle Hill, Kianya Hayes, and Jesse ‘J-Flo’ Suntele follows the Wesley family to South Africa. When Todd’s international business venture comes to a screeching halt, he must stay in Durban during the Christmas holiday to close the deal, but not without the Wesley family and all their holiday shenanigans. Watch A Wesley South African Christmas on BET+.

7. Too Many Christmases

Denzel Whitaker and Porscha Coleman star as a newlywed couple preparing to celebrate their first Christmas together. To appease their families, rather than choosing to celebrate with one over the other, they agree to attend both family holiday events. Watch Too Many Christmases on BET+.

8. The Day Before Christmas

In this holiday family movie, Candace Maxwell and Tristan Wilds star as two single parents mistakenly swap phones and their children’s backpacks during a hectic Christmas Eve. the circumstances causes them to both be unexpectedly drawn into each other’s lives. 9. Queens of Christmas

Terri J. Vaughn, Vanessa Bell Calloway are Essence Atkins are among a group of friends who learn the true meaning of sisterhood and Christmas. Watch Queens of Christmas on BET+.

10. Blended Christmas

Rapper Dream Doll makes her holiday movie debut about a new bride who cancels her tropical Christmas honeymoon to take care of her husband’s ex-wife and kids with a little help from a holiday angel. Blended Christmas premieres on Christmas Day, Dec. 25.
