A few months ago, Kia Patterson was working at warehouse and supply store , Smart & Final. Now she owns a store! Earlier this year, the 36 year-old  launched “The Grocery Outlet” in Compton.  Its the first-black owned grocery franchise in the state of California! The outlet sells organic products.  Patterson is an shining example what happens you imply hard work and dedication to your goals.
